Notes:
The present portrait appears in the centre background of one of the photographs of the artist’s studio in the Sherwood Building taken in 1896. Nothing is known about the picture, but surely was executed between 1891 and 1896 as the dress shows the puffed sleeves becoming fashionable at this time.
